單細胞定序與空間轉錄組學已成為現代生醫研究的標準配備,然而如何有效整合跨研究數據,並從海量資訊中提取關鍵生物學意義,仍是研究者面臨的巨大挑戰。
本課程特別邀請 BioTuring 原廠科學家Hazel Pham與Julie Nguyen蒞臨,針對肺纖維化、肺腺癌及乳腺癌等重大疾病,展示如何利用高效分析工具進行深度挖掘。課程規劃包含專業專題講座與實機操作,帶領學員從 10x Genomics 的數據產出出發,進階至 BioTuring 的多維度互動式分析,並實現出版等級的跨研究數據整合。

Single-cell sequencing and spatial transcriptomics have established themselves as essential pillars of modern biomedical research. However, effectively integrating cross-study datasets and extracting pivotal biological insights from massive volumes of information remains a formidable challenge for researchers.
We are honored to invite Hazel Pham and Julie Nguyen, product specialists at BioTuring, to demonstrate how high-efficiency analytical tools can be leveraged for deep data mining in major diseases, including pulmonary fibrosis, lung adenocarcinoma, and breast cancer. The course structure features professional keynote lectures paired with hands-on sessions, guiding participants from initial 10x Genomics data outputs to BioTuring’s multi-dimensional interactive analysis, ultimately achieving publication-grade integration of cross-study data.
